Autumn Orchard: I was really impressed to see a demographic cross section and choice of male/female trainers in the apple store one-to-one training section. Allowing older / Female customers a trainer they will feel comfortable with is really progressive. I’d also point out there was a fair percentage over senior shoppers in the apple store too, so its clearly an important market. And i made it though this entire post without using the term, silv… well you know.
