Reality Lunch: Ok, So subway is an easy target - their promo photos are just plain silly. But this was a shock even to me. Now the bread was nice - toasted so crunch and fresh. But ‘wheres the beef’ it’s overflowing with rich looking steak in the advert (which was prominently displayed above the counter), I tried to put some on view for the photo but the tiny little bits were just mush. I even asked for all the salad items in the photo to be fair - I ejected the tomato and cucumber before eating. Now it did taste ok - but it mostly tasted of the nice bread, salad and the southwest sauce. Overall 2/10 - v.poor, see me.
