Where is this? Peckham? Upton Park? Croydon? Nope its Oxford Street, yes that’s right, shining beacon of modern retail excellence, Oxford Street. No1 shopping destination of travellers around the world.  Sadly the Tottenham Court Road end is in serious decline and regent streets mammoth overhaul has done nothing to help the rot.
