Queue of Crap: Annoying new retail habit (or experience as someone would probably call it to justify some large fee) is the locating of ‘gifty’ small quirky items in the queue for the tills.  It’s trying to expand on the supermarket sweets at the till gottcha. But the thing that’s annoying is if you ACTUALLY want something located here - its impossible to browse this section without running up and downs the queue - which is itself fenced off by the shelving, its even worse on the items located around the tills.  STOP IT. Seen here in Oxford St borders (but game, HMV and others do it too).
