Hmv / orange have launched a ‘game app store’ I tried it out today after seeing the instore promo, It launched last friday 26th March 2010. The poster shows an android handset (HTC hero).
But when trying on my android handset (nexus 1) i got nothing but an error from the link the shortcode SMS returned. leaving me uncertain as to whether the handset is supported or not, if the service is down, same page returned a couple of hours later.
The web site promoting it is sadly info free too.
UPDATE: I know get a page saying: We are sorry, your handset is not compatible with our java games at present.
